Basic is £3.99 a month for invoices, quotes and job sheets. Standard is £9.99 a month and adds CP12 and CP17 certificates, job reports and the AI nameplate scanner. Both start with a 14-day free trial.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Your card is saved at signup and never charged during the 14-day trial. When it ends you choose whether to subscribe.
How billing works
These are the terms as they are written, not a summary that flatters them.
Sign up and you get full access for 14 days. We ask for a card so you can subscribe in one tap later, and we save it without charging it. Nothing is taken during the trial.
There is no subscription sitting behind the trial, so nothing can bill you automatically. On day 15 the app asks you to choose. Walk away and you pay nothing.
Ask for a refund within 24 hours of any payment and you get all of it back, from the Subscription tab. After that we do not refund a month already paid for. Cancel any time and you keep the app until the end of the period you paid for.
Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Payments run through Stripe and your card details never reach our servers. Switching between Basic and Standard happens on your existing subscription, so you are never charged twice, and nothing takes a payment without you confirming it first.
What each plan unlocks
If you never write a gas safety certificate, Basic is the plan. If you do, Standard is the one, and it covers everything Basic has.
