Working with no signal
Certificates, invoices, quotes and job sheets save to the phone first. A plant room with no bars is a normal working day. When the signal comes back, everything syncs without duplicating.
Renewal reminders
Automated emails 30 days and 7 days before a certificate expires, so the customer books you again instead of forgetting. You switch them on per certificate.

Offline, sync and your own records.
The app writes to the phone first and reconciles with the cloud in the background. Records key on a stable id and every sync is an upsert, so reconnecting cannot duplicate a certificate or lose one. Editing a customer flows through to the documents that use them, while an issued certificate keeps the name and address it recorded on the day.
