Four steps from finishing the job to sending the bill.
Your business details, entered once
Company name, address, phone, email, Gas Safe registration and ID card number live in settings and land on every invoice. Your logo and accent colour come with them.
Pick the customer
Choose someone from your customer list and their details fill themselves in. The people you certify, quote and invoice are one list, so the landlord from this morning's CP12 is already there. Add a separate site address when the work happened somewhere other than the billing address.
Build the line items
Description, quantity and rate per line, as many lines as the job needs. Set a VAT rate and the subtotal, VAT and total calculate as you type. Add payment details and notes at the bottom.
Review, send, and mark it paid
Check the invoice, email the branded PDF to the customer, and flag it paid when the money lands. Anything still unpaid shows on your dashboard.
Medium Link produces and sends the invoice. It does not take card payments, generate payment links, or connect to accounting software. You mark an invoice paid when the money arrives, and the dashboard shows you what is still outstanding.

Turn it into an invoice
When a quote is accepted, convert it. The line items, customer and site carry across, the invoice takes the next number in your sequence and today's date, and you send it.
